Cardinal DiNardo

His Eminence Daniel Cardinal DiNardo is the metropolitan archbishop of Galveston-Houston and pastor to its 1.3 million Catholics. Born in Steubenville, Ohio, Cardinal DiNardo received his master's degree in philosophy from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and degrees of Sacred Theology from both the Pontifical Gregorian University and the Patristic Institute Augustinianum in Rome. He is a member of the Pontifical Council for Culture, the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People, the Pontifical Council for the Economy, and is on the Board of Trustees of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
Jeff Cavins

Jeff Cavins

Jeff Cavins is the director of Evangelization and Catechesis for the Archdiocese of St. Paul–Minneapolis. Over the past several years, he has dedicated his life to developing The Great Adventure, a practical, interactive Catholic Bible Study Program that enables people to understand the chronological flow of Sacred Scripture. Jeff holds a master of arts in theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Sarah Christmyer

Sarah Christmyer

Sarah Christmyer is the editor of the Great Adventure Catholic Bible Study program, author of coauthor of several Great Adventure studies, including The Prophets, and author of The Bible Timeline Guided Journal. Sarah has been a Bible study teacher since 1999 and helped launch Catholic Scripture Study (CSS). She is coauthor of two Bibles studies on Genesis published by Emmaus Road. She lives near Philadelphia with her husband, Mark, and their children.

Fr. Mike Schmitz serves as director of youth and young adult ministry for the diocese of Duluth and as chaplain for the Newman Catholic Campus Ministry at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. he is a presenter in Chosen and Altaration and on AscensionPresents.com
Edward Sri

Edward Sri

Dr. Sri is provost and professor theology and Scripture at the Augustine Institute in Denver and visiting professor at Benedictine College. He is the author and presenter of two Great Adventure studies, A Biblical Walk Through the Mass and Mary: A Biblical Walk with the Blessed Mother, as well as numerous books, including The Bible Compass and The New Rosary: Biblical Insights for Praying the Twenty Mysteries.
Dr. Michael Barber

Dr. Michael Barber

Michael Patrick Barber is Chair of the Graduate School of Biblical Theology at JP Catholic University in San Diego, CA. He has authored scholarly articles for academic journals (including Journal of Biblical Literature and Letter & Spirit) and has published popular level books on the Psalms and the Apocalypse. Barber is a regular on the Catholic speaking circuit, speaking at conferences and parish missions. He resides in San Diego, CA, with his wife, Kimberly. They have four children.

Thomas Smith

Thomas Smith has served as the director of the Denver Catholic Biblical and the Denver Catechetical School. Thomas is a repeat guest on EWTN and Catholic radio as well as a sought-after parish mission and conference speaker. Thomas is the presenter of The Prophets: Messengers of God's Mercy and co-author of Revelation: The Kingdom Yet to Come, two Great Adventure Bible studies.

What is the schedule for the conference?

Currently, the dates and hours are Friday May 5th from 9am - 5pm and Saturday May 6th from 9am - 4pm.  Mass with Cardinal DiNardo will be on Friday.    Once the schedule is finalized, we will post it here for your review.

What does the meal plan include?

For $30, you will receive a continental breakfast and boxed lunch on both Friday and Saturday.  If you have any food allergies that we should be aware of, please email us at registration@catholicbibleconference.com.  Be sure to include your name, phone, and email so we can follow up if needed.

Does my registration include hotel accommodations?

No, your registration fee includes meals and conference materials only.  To find a hotel, please see below.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

No.

What is the refund policy?

A full refund, less a $10 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received on or before April 5, 2017.  Cancellations received after that date will be refunded at 50% of the registration paid.
